Subscription Policy

Scope and plan confirmation

This policy covers Bio Young product subscriptions, machine rental and lease-to-own plans.

Before enrolment, you will receive an order summary or agreement stating the product or machine, price, deposit or down payment, payment schedule, minimum term, renewal arrangements, servicing, cancellation and any ownership conditions. You must accept these terms before the plan begins.

Membership registration or a product purchase does not automatically authorise recurring payments. If this policy and your specific plan differ, the accepted plan terms apply to the relevant details, subject to applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Recurring payment authorisation

By accepting a separate recurring payment authorisation, you authorise collection of the agreed amount according to the disclosed payment schedule.

Your confirmation will state the first payment date, recurring amount, frequency, total minimum financial commitment and how to stop renewal. Please maintain a valid payment method and update it securely when necessary.

Automatic collection is available only through supported payment methods. Otherwise, you must make each payment manually. This authorisation does not cover unrelated purchases or undisclosed fees.

We provide an electronic receipt for each successful payment. Any renewal or price change will be communicated in advance. Promotional wallet balances may be used only if the plan permits this and you choose that payment option.

Product subscriptions

Your plan summary states the product quantity, delivery frequency, dispatch schedule and any minimum term.

For a month-to-month subscription, cancel through your account or Customer Service before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Requests received on or after the billing date generally take effect from the following cycle, subject to any applicable refund or cancellation rights.

For a fixed-term subscription, cancellation and any early termination charges follow the terms disclosed and accepted before enrolment.

Machine rental

Machine rental plans are subject to the terms and conditions in the EZYLIFE HYDROGEN-OXYGEN GAS GENERATOR RENTAL REGISTRATION FORM, which you must receive and accept before enrolment.

Lease to own

Lease-to-own plans are subject to the terms and conditions in the EZYLIFE HYDROGEN-OXYGEN GAS GENERATOR LEASING AGREEMENT & REGISTRATION FORM, which you must receive and accept before enrolment.

Failed payments and disputed charges

If a payment fails, we will notify you and explain how to update your payment method or make payment. Any automatic retry schedule will be disclosed in the payment authorisation or communicated before a retry. No undisclosed late fees will apply.

For product subscriptions, we may suspend dispatch until payment is resolved. For machine rental or lease-to-own plans, default notices, any period allowed to resolve the default, and remedies follow the applicable agreement and law.

Cancelling a payment authorisation does not cancel the underlying agreement or remove amounts lawfully due.
