Scope and agreement
These terms apply to purchases from the Bio Young Wellness Sdn Bhd website (“Bio Young”, “we” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product or subscription terms shown before checkout.
Customers must be at least 18, or purchase through a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate information and use an authorised payment method.
Separate terms may apply to business and Business Partner purchases. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. Marketing consent is obtained separately.
Products and health information
Please read the product description, instructions, safety warnings and warranty details before purchasing. Product images are illustrative. We will not supply a materially different product without your agreement.
Our wellness products and services do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment. Results vary. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability. Always follow the product instructions.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Checkout shows the total payable, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and redeemed rewards.
Payments are processed securely through Xendit, which may include online banking, cards, e-wallets and supported instalment options. Instalment approval, fees and payment schedules are subject to the provider’s terms, disclosed before purchase.
Do not send full card details to our staff.
Orders and acceptance
You may review and correct your order before submitting it. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt; we accept your order when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
We may decline an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud or a material pricing error. Any payment received for an unaccepted order will be refunded.
If we identify a material price or description error before acceptance, we will offer corrected terms or cancellation with a refund. We will not increase the price without your agreement.
Warranty and website use
Warranty coverage, exclusions and service arrangements are stated for each product before purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions may affect warranty coverage where these caused the fault. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Do not access another person’s account, submit false transactions or manipulate rewards. We may temporarily restrict affected account functions while investigating suspected misuse. You may contact Customer Service to request a review.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
